Way overpriced for the quality! Common areas needed to be cleaned better. Waited over an hour for room to be ready (after 4 p). We asked for sheets to make up the couch bed 5 x!! We finally got the sheets 6 hours after the first request! Additionally, the bathroom light didn’t work and the shower was the worst.

Never again. We made a reservation months ago and on the reservation, we stated the type of room that we wanted and we submitted a few requests. We also provided our Hilton Honors diamond membership information. We never received a response from the hotel or nobody on that so when we got to the hotel, the room that they gave us was dirty the shower nasty, the drawers were so nasty that we couldn’t put my clothes in it and wasn’t what we requested. The third day I requested the housekeeper to come and clean it and they did not. The person that came to the room, not only did not clean the room but She did not even took the trash. Even the bed was not properly fixed. And on our last night we had an altercation outside of the hotel actually a homeless attacked us while your front deck guy was inside, looking at everything and dis not offered any type of help. When the issue with this homeless ended, we went inside the hotel and he kept looking at us without doing anything not even asking us if we were fine or need anything not any type of support or help or anything he just looked at us like we were aliens. I have been a membership for many years and I always stayed in their hotels, but after this situation, I’m so disappointed that I’m not sure I’m going to continue using them. We spoke with the manager when we checked out and she promised that she was going to give us some points to have an extra night but nothing yet

When I arrived they stated they try to get ahold of me to change the room I booked from 2 queens to a king room With a pull out couch,,,,since we had three women we agreed and they did offer free parking as well. The staff was not knowledgeable of restaurants near the hotel when we asked…but the accommodations worked. Way too much salty options for breakfasts and the staff had trouble keeping up with the demand since the hotel was so full.

The hotel was fine- when we checked in homeless people from the street were allowed in to use the free hot tea and coffee. They also had a major issue with the credit card machine. there was one lady working to check in a large amount of people checking in for a concert on a sunday night. The credit card machine would not read cards and she asked everyone ahead of us to use another card when it was our turn i said no as I only have one card- so that needs fixed. it is added stress to everyone checking in thinking their cards don't work and I didn't like that. Wifes were calling husbands asking them to come to the desk with another for or payment etc. Also the breakfast - the lady working that was rude and they did not have enough food for the amount of guests we ate then had to go buy a breakfast

Price was great for the location. Having the street car stop right out the door was awesome. Room was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast was acceptable as well. I would have liked a gated parking area for the price, but everything was fine.

The room was cool, but the walls had marks all over them and the show left a lot to be desired. No water pressure and it was dirty
