The entrance to the hotel was kinda crazy. Other than that it was great. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Was easy walk to the T-Mobile center for our concert. Would stay again.

Gave us two towels for 3 people that was gonna stay which was on our reservation, no lotion in bathroom, balcony wasn’t very clean, should of explained more about the key cards being used in elevator but customer explained better than employee did, car crash woke us up and the people above us was so loud it sounded like elephants and they were yelling at the people in the car crash

Hospitality is definitely lacking. A couple very nice employees but also several that are rude. Failed to provide toiletries when requested, had to walk down to desk to get them myself as I was told there was only one person working; he was apologetic about the situation after the previous shift did not have item sent to my room as requested. No thank you or any type of gratitude when checking out after spending almost $1000 for my stay. Had to request a receipt as there was no explanation how I would receive one. Same employee looked high vs falling asleep at the desk on one occasion. Hotel was very clean. Mattress was terrible and I did not sleep well any of the nights. Noisy due to proximity to busy roads. No non-dairy milk alternatives available in the continental breakfast. It’s 2025, many people don’t consume dairy due to allergies, religion, or dietary preferences. Get with it. I will not spend my own money there ever again.

The hotels page says parking available. What they mean by that is there is one tiny lot and it's ALWAYS full no matter what. Which means you will pay for parking but there is no guarantee as to how far you will have to park away from the hotel. I traveled to the area alone with my son and ended up paying an additional $42 to park my car both the days i was there. Not only that i had to walk in the dark with my child back to the hotel from where we parked. Every single time i asked if parking had opened up i was told no the lot was still full. I did not budget for paid parking as they insinuated they had parking so that was a huge hit to the very limited budget i had. When i asked the lady where i could park i was told i would figure it out, there was nothing they could do to help. I spent over $500 on 2 nights here and had to pay for my own parking and walk in the cold dark with my child. That is absurd. And be forewarned that if you are not the front car pulled in for check in you will sit and wait. I waited in the entry for 40 minutes before i got to spend an hour driving around to find over priced parking. If i had known these things before booking i would never have booked here and i couldn't just not stay there as all the other hotels were fully booked in the area. 0 starts and a huge thumb down! The air conditioning and housekeeping is top tier though and for that they get a start.

We got last minute tickets to the Big 12 championship game and I figured we'd need to stay far away from the stadium or spend a fortune on something nearby. Hampton Inn blew me away. Nicely updated facility, right on the streetcar line, 5 minute walk to Power & Light district, free breakfast. Great value!
