we checked into the room 325. There were no towels. The trashcan had not been empty. There was dental floss in the trashcan and there was a used rag in the shower stall from the previous guest in room 325. Unacceptable.

The entrance to the hotel was kinda crazy. Other than that it was great. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Was easy walk to the T-Mobile center for our concert. Would stay again.

Gave us two towels for 3 people that was gonna stay which was on our reservation, no lotion in bathroom, balcony wasn’t very clean, should of explained more about the key cards being used in elevator but customer explained better than employee did, car crash woke us up and the people above us was so loud it sounded like elephants and they were yelling at the people in the car crash

Hospitality is definitely lacking. A couple very nice employees but also several that are rude. Failed to provide toiletries when requested, had to walk down to desk to get them myself as I was told there was only one person working; he was apologetic about the situation after the previous shift did not have item sent to my room as requested. No thank you or any type of gratitude when checking out after spending almost $1000 for my stay. Had to request a receipt as there was no explanation how I would receive one. Same employee looked high vs falling asleep at the desk on one occasion. Hotel was very clean. Mattress was terrible and I did not sleep well any of the nights. Noisy due to proximity to busy roads. No non-dairy milk alternatives available in the continental breakfast. It’s 2025, many people don’t consume dairy due to allergies, religion, or dietary preferences. Get with it. I will not spend my own money there ever again.
