This is a private unit located in the walk-out basement of a single-family home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The space has been fully separated from the main residence, offering guests privacy and comfort throughout their stay. Ideal for travelers seeking a calm, residential setting with easy access to nearby amenities.

*Guest Access*
The unit is accessible via a private entrance located at the rear of the property. Guests will follow a brick pathway along the side of the house, which leads directly to the entrance door. The pathway is illuminated in the evening to provide safe and convenient access at all hours. This arrangement ensures privacy and ease of entry without interaction with the main residence

*Other Small Details*
The unit is furnished with a single queen sized bed. Two roll-away memory foam foldable beds and a comfortable queen air mattress (topped with mattress pad) are available upon request for additional guests. The space is ideal for 3-4 guests, however 6 is possible if needed.

Absolutely adorable basement apartment. Very comfortable. The host was very kind & accommodating. We had an issue with the key pad upon arrival but the response was quick & resolved easily.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is one of my top favorites of all time. It is modern with so many interesting design features. And every room has been beautifully decorated! The master bed was extremely comfortable, as well as, the living room couch. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here if in Kansas City again!
