The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.

The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(

Elevator was out during our stay. We were on the 4th floor and they were unable to move us lower. Dirty towels in bathroom cabinet. No beds for the pullout couch. Parking and location convenient. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a one bedroom suite and the bedroom was also quite spacious. The linens were clean and soft. I would definitely stay here again and in fact looking for the same motel in a different location for my next trip. I felt safe and comfortable in the area and parking was ample.

Room was clean. Elevator was out for maintenance and rooms were not clean by check in time for myself or other guest attempting to check in. Had to wait almost an hour to check in.
