The room’s furnace was not on, as we entered the room we were greeted by a freezing cold room during our winter stay. I turned on the furnace, which helped to warm up the room, how ever the thermostat was not working properly or something was wrong that the heat didn’t stop at 72 it kept climbing up making the room too hot. Throughout the night I had to get up to turn off the heat since it was too hot, and then turning it on since the room was freezing ( by the furnace/ ac vent there was cold air coming in). Our plan was to come a day before our flight and have a relaxed and restful night before our trip the next day. However this was not the case!

I slept with dead bugs on my headboard 3 out of 4 nights even after telling staff then the manager reply back with I’m sorry lol how about you refund me some of my money not all cause I stayed but you could of done better

Sadly the breakfast gravy side was cold, muffins seemed stale. The room was very clean. The TV that they replaced in the room was very small. Could not get the climate in the room to stay a normal temp either too hot or too cold.

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. We used the “Park & Fly” option and that worked out perfectly even with having to be at the airport at 430 am. If you’re looking for something close to the airport for a reasonable rate, I would recommend this property.

great room and great breakfast. i will say there is one front desk guy that is kind of rude, but the other one is amazing. he fired up the shuttle for me at 4am when i had forgotten to reserve it and even brewed me coffee.

I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but very disappointed in this hotel. Booked it because of good reviews and a pool. Pool was closed for maintenance all three days and room needed to be cared for. Chipped paint, torn carpet, torn couch, cobwebs, mildew on the window shade. None of the ice machines worked, key cards stopped working multiple times, which the staff blamed on cell phones, but we kept them isolated after the first time and it continued to happen. Staffing seemed sparse as well. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in KC.

This place is very dirty and filthy. The heater was not even working. Where is bedbugs all over this place is so filthy and it’s run all by Indians. This place needs to be shut down completely.
