Hotel food is terrible or worst i have experince in kanpur,Lift not working all time ,TV not working,Intercom not working ,very discomforted stay & will never recomand or stay in this type of good looking but worst hotel again my life.

Old Style Hotel No restaurant inhouse and only room service of food. Delayed services. Charged for breakfast whereas booking from Expedia was mentioning included breakfast.

This is worst stay in this hotel, washrooms taps are not working. this booking is breakfast included i choose more amount at the time of booking but srill hotel charged me for breakfast.
