The house is located in Barat, above the Limska dolina, not far from Poreč, Rovinj or even Pula. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the magnificent region of Istria.

This beautiful house is located on a plot of 850 m2 and is designed for 4 people.

This ground floor house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and an exit to the outside where there is a relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs to fully enjoy the summer evenings. There is also a comfortable air-conditioned living room equipped with satellite TV and a bathroom

Two bedrooms, air-conditioned, equipped with double beds and a terrace allow full enjoyment of the outdoor space and surroundings.

Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace with a barbecue. The pool with sunbeds and umbrellas offers you an ideal place to enjoy the peace of the surrounding nature.

In Barat, where nature seems to rule, roosters, hens, cows and turkeys are very affectionate neighbors. You will also be able to discover our local products, fresh milk, kefir, homemade brandies, in short, an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in local life.
