This recently built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect basecamp for your Southern Utah explorations or stop on your grand circle road trip. This vacation home has all the comforts of home, with a spacious layout to fully enjoy your time in the desert. After a full day of adventure, come home to your fully-equipped kitchen or walk out to the patio to grill and enjoy the cool evening air. If you would rather not cook, it's a short walk to several local restaurants. While outside, be sure to take in the night sky. Kanab has some of the best night skies for stargazing - just breathtaking. Back at the townhome, the main living area is equipped with a large TV for internet-based entertainment (movies, live streaming, etc) as well as high-speed fiber internet. Additionally, each bedroom has its own TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for guest use. There is also an attached 2-car garage for your vehicle(s) and or toys.

One of the easier VRBOs I've stayed at as far as communication and ease of check-in. The place is in a nice spot centrally located to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. They provided literally everything you'd need for a stay including extra blankets, cooking supplies, and even laundry soap. Great place for families, and although we did not have our dogs with us, the place was set up to be very dog friendly.

Jeff was great to work with, and we loved our stay at his clean, bright, and cheery condo! Loved the extra touches too - like the helpful nightlights that are well-placed around the house. Also, supplying paper towels and an unopened dish scrubber were quite thoughtful (and not supplied at a a different place we recently stayed at). Jeff’s extra touches definitely meant a lot to us!

Very nice new property

Very well equipped with lots of thoughtful amenities. Spacious bedrooms and dining/family room area. grill on patio, garage. Excellent kitchen with many appliances. Three baths. We had four adults and three children so the place was full but it worked.

Large and modern house

National Park Getaway

We decided to use Kanab as home base for a week of hiking and sightseeing. Capone’s Hideaway worked perfectly for us. Location was great and the house was clean and very well appointed. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again

Wonderful Hiking Base

Capone’s Hideaway was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and well organized with a very functional kitchen and nice amenities. Great location for town, visits to Best Friends and hiking trails. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place in the desert

We stayed at Capone's Hideaway for 4 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The place is in perfect condition and the hosts provided everything we could think of including plenty of coffee for the mornings. There were even toothbrushes and razors in the bathrooms in case we had forgotten them. The beds were very comfortable and every room had a large flat-screen TV with Roku built in. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do - we spent time in Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Antelope Canyon during our stay.

Just what you are looking for!

This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Every detail was considered from extra towels to our favorite tea in the panty. We felt right at home. Communication with the host was great! Location was just what we needed for daily trips to local sights. Need to stay in the area...this is your place!!

Perfect

Great property. The two king sized beds was the reason I booked here. We did not have a dog with us but the property encouraged dog owners to include their beloved pet. Dog bed. Dog crate in garage. Poop bags outside in the back yard. There were four 70+ people in our group. Two married couples. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the opportunity. The washer and dryer were a big plus but the garage was my favorite.
