We were a little concerned when we arrived because the area by the driveway looked clear and pristine on the VRBO site. When we arrived, it was covered with weeds and the grounds looked unkept. However as we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed except the aluminum (we forgot)! We appreciate the efforts the owners put into providing a comfortable, relaxing place for their guests and would definitely recommend their home to friends coming to visit the Kanab area!

The description and information provided by the host was spot-on accurate. Parking was safe and secure with use of the garage. The home is welcoming and clean and has everything needed for a few days or a few weeks! There were coolers available for use in the garage and lots of information on local attractions. The host communicated effectively as needed and was very friendly with easy check-in/out process. A review of this rental wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the scenic backdrop! Fantastic view of the red rock cliff right out the back door; outstanding!
