- classic and modern in the interplay in the "typical Bültmann look" - this is how this part of the middle house can be described. A small hallway with a stylish guest toilet leads to the living area with an open, modern kitchen. Classic built-in cupboards in bright vintage style and selected home furniture create the feel-good area with dining table, large window front and access to the west terrace and the beautiful ingrown garden with a wide view to the cross-brand fire and over the North Sea. Via a staircase covered with light carpets and a special railing you can reach the upper floor with a double bedroom to the west and a view of the UweDüne and a modern shower room. Clever built-in closets hidden behind wallpaper doors offer you enough storage space. In the basement you will find a double bedroom and a room with two narrow single beds as well as another modern shower room. In all rooms there is a TV and the entire part of the house is laid out with tiles and easy-care modern design flooring in wood look.
