Comfy studio

Studio was perfect for 2 people. Centrally located at the end of town so easy to walk to everything. Easy access to climbing crags.

Our reservation was apparently double booked which we weren’t told until we arrived on the location our first day in kalymnos. Maria offered us another place to stay that was much less appealing so we decided to take our refund and go elsewhere. It was an inconvenience but here are lots of places to stay in massouri

Wir können die Wohnung leider nicht bewerten, da sie uns nicht zur Verfügung stand.Die Property Managerin hat vorm Urlaub nie in der FeWo-Direkt App reagiert, so dass ich sie schließlich 2 Tage vor Abreise über WhatsApp anschrieb. Ich hatte 10 Monate im voraus gebucht und sofort bezahlt.Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns nach intensivem Austausch über WhatsApp schließlich eine alternative Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Man wusste nichts von der Buchung, die ich vor 10 Monaten von FeWo-Direkt bestätigt bekommen hatte.Meine Empfehlung ist diese Wohnung rechtzeitig zu stornieren, falls sich die Property Managerin nicht über die App meldet. Es ist nicht entspannend im Kos am Hafen zu sitzen und nicht zu wissen, wo man übernachten wird. Wir haben die Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Alternative sehr geschätzt, aber in diese Situation sollte man erst gar nicht kommen. Das ist mir über FeWo-Direkt noch nie passiert und ich weiß auch bisher nicht, ob der Fehler bei FeWo-Direkt oder bei der Property Managerin lag. FeWo-Direkt bestätigte mir die Buchung bei meiner telefonischen Nachfrage von Kalymnos aus.
