The hotel was under Renovation, had to enter the side door. They gave us vouchers to go down the street to another restaurant. Just was not what we expected.

Great property in the heart of Rzeszów. Easy walking access to everything. The hotel is being remodeled so breakfast was served at nearby Lord Jacks and was splendid. We also enjoyed using the traditional Finnish spa at the hotel.

It was my second stay at this place. Location is excellent. Front desk staff could be more attentive. Less time with cell phone interaction would make difference, especially when guest is waiting to be served. One eye contact and head node would do the trick for acknowledgment.

Couldn't be more central. I had a very early morning flight out of Rzeszow and this was a great place to stay to explore the city a bit before I had to go. The front desk receptionist went out of her way to help me sort out Covid test options and make sure a cab was waiting for me bright and early in the morning. Do plan to bring earplugs, especially if there's a soccer match on...

Great Location

A lovely hotel right on the main square. Rooms at the front have a great view. Although arriving quite late, check in was good. Friendly and efficient. Very nice and very clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom very good. Very happy with my stay in this hotel, and a great price as well.

The hotel is ideally located right on the main square - Rzeszow is not a city full of attractions, but the hotel puts you close to most of what you'll want to see. It also proved the ideal launchpad for our explorations of the local region, as the hotel is but a short walk from the train station. As for the hotel itself, the staff were friendly, the place was clean, the room was bigger and more comfortable than we'd hoped, and the breakfast was a massive plus. On the downside, it was a shame that the reception area happened to be undergoing renovations during our stay - but I suppose that is inevitable at some stage! - and the fitness facilities were unavailable because of the pandemic situation (though I do note that a lot of other hotels have re-opened their gyms). Overall - highly recommended.
