On a floor space of 96 m², the well-thought-out layout of the house convinces with a bright living area, where during the cooler season, a wood-burning stove provides comforting warmth. Digital TV via DVB-T and DVD and music system are part of the technical entertainment. From the very comfortable living room you have access to the sunny terrace and the garden with lawn. The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and. V. M. A washing machine and clothes dryer can be used in the utility room. In the upper part of the holiday home there are three separate bedrooms, one of which is a spacious one with a double bed (2.20 mx 1.80 m) and two smaller bedrooms each with a single bed. Furthermore, the house offers a shower room and a guest toilet on the ground floor. There is a free parking space for your car. The only 500 meters to the beach lying non smoking domicile is also good for families. Bread service on request.
