Bear Lake is one of Michigan’s clearest lakes providing a sandy bottom all sports lake, located just east of Traverse City and Kalkaska. Watch the Bald Eagles fish for Brown or Rainbow Trout from above or the loons from the water below. Start paddling in our kayaks or launch your boat from the public boat launch.
