SWEET HOME

Sweet Home is located on a half acre, in a nice quiet neighborhood.
The main level of Sweet Home is for rent. It is 1500 sq. ft. The main level includes:
-Master bedroom with queen bed.
-Master bath is located directly off master bedroom.
-Bedroom 2 has triple twin size bunks.
-Bedroom 3 was an office but now has a full sized bed. It has a window ac unit for cooling in summer.
-Full sized Guest bathroom.
-Kitchen. Kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (12-cup), pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
-Dining area. Located directly off kitchen.
-Living room. The living room has a portable ac unit for cooling in the summer.

The basement is not included in this rental.*

Main level has covered porch in backyard. The back porch has small and large sized grills. The backyard has a fire pit.

Trampoline in backyard should not be used. If used, the user, and or guardian of user, accepts all risks associated with jumping and releases the homeowner of any and all responsibility associated with use.

*Basement may be occupied by homeowners. If occupied, owners will only access the basement through the north gate entrance. Guests privacy is paramount to owners.

Spotless!

This was a great property for what we needed while attending a music festival in Whitefish. The property was spotless, inviting, and Katie was so kind making sure we had coffee and snacks. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great Space

The house was immaculate and great to stay in while we were in Kalispell. We didn’t sightsee much as we were there for a music festival, but one of our buddies with us went to Glacier National park and had an easy drive from the house. The rooms were great size; the kitchen was perfect to make a quick snack or hang around the dining room table. Katie was such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend this spot in Montana!

Peaceful and Quality stay

This rental was very clean through out the entire house. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and was better than it's listing! The master bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable and the second bedroom very accommodating of our friends and their 2 year old. The backyard is big and has a nice covered patio which we relaxed on in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was a good size and it was very nice of them to include coffee for the coffee maker. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again!

Great home!

Great home to stay at! Clean and a quiet neighborhood. Only 40 mins to entrance park. Definitely read the listing details. There is no wifi and ac is in the study room. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!
