This pace is RUN down and needs a full makeover. The carpets are dirty the curtains are torn… it’s just not at all what the pictures present. They couldn’t find our reservation and were totally unapologetic about it (they had it… just couldn’t be bothered. Given this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at over two weeks in a region spanning from Utah to Colorado to South Dakota to Montana, and all were at a similar level of expected quality… it really stood out in a bad way. Also the bedsheets were kind of damp when we got there.

The staff was lovely, I am happy with everything they did. The hotel was clean but run down, and I didnt trust how old and clean the carpet in the hallway and in the room was. We were given a threadbare towel the first night, but I brought it to the attention of the front desk the next day and she nicely said they would take it out of rotation. I dont know how someone didnt notice it in the first place. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel.

Do not book through Expedia. The front desk refused to provide a roll away bed although it specifically said we had it included in our room and I had put a note that we needed it. They said the room they gave us was only for one person less than we had after 8 hours of driving. The pool was excellent and the hot tub was small but clean. There was even a sauna we did not use. The breakfast was amazing although only open from 6-9. A short 48 minutes away from Glacier National Park West entrance made this a good hotel for that purpose. Be careful with Red Lion if you have a family greater than 4 persons.

Great hotel at a very convenient and safe location. The front desk was very helpful. Convenient and plenty of free parking. Great small indoor pool and sauna/hot tub. Room service for some reason was absent one of the four days there apparently for all rooms on that floor which caused a trash pileup. General facilities in very good condition except the hallway carpets.

It took 25 mins to check in even though there was only 2 people in front of me. Then I tried to buy a water and the desk person waited a minute to even acknowledge me. The stairwells and rooms smelled, the shower was backed up and room would not cool down. I paid $350 a night for this room and it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

The day we arrive, both suffering from a cold, there was an empty box of kleenex in the room. I asked the housekeeper for more, she looked angry and sai, "well, I guess I could get you some" with hostility and disdain. She put the unopened box on the bathroom sink and didn't even take the empty box out of the holder. That may have contributed to the next issue. They did not clean our room, had to go to the lobby for clean towells No shampoo No coffee or tea Towels are like trying to dry off with a piece of plastic garbage bag, they must go wild with the fabric softener towels Does not appear that they have cleaned the hall carpets since the beginning of the last decade This hotel is very outdated It is attached to a convention center and old mall so the doors to the convention center are unlocked all night. That was right next to our room. The windows are do old, worn and dirty, one cannot actually see the view of the mall parking lot

Brian and Avery helped us so much! Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 11:45 pm and Brian said it was no problem! However, the Detroit plane had mechanical trouble and the weather was bad, delaying our flight and making us miss both connecting flights. I called Brian in a panic. He again said it was no problem. We did not arrive in Kalispell until Monday morning. When we got to the hotel, Brian & Avery greeted us like family! They made sure we weren’t charged for the night we had not stayed. Big warm smiles on both of them! They’re great

AC continually ran. the hand held shower head bracket was broken and disfunctional. the shower floor surface was dangerously slippery. this floor is a lawyer's dream. partially pulled a groin muscle slipping. had to buy additional shower mat as the one provided was horribly inadequate. lack of useful electrical outlets. smoke detector continually blinked at random intervals.
