The front desk lady has some serious power trip issues. There is only "hot breakfast" certain days of the week they won't tell you when you check in but they will tell at you at 6am for looking in the general direction of the waffle maker and let u know. I got a Jacuzzi room. It took about an hour in a half or more for the tub to fill up. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. Oh yeah you're not allowed to eat your breakfast in you room you have to eat it in the lobby. Idk I prefer to eat my cold breakfast in peace and away from screaming Karen's at the front desk. This whole hotel is cringe. It was just idk not worth what they want you to pay to stay there. I'd rather crash in my car instead of stay at this hotel ever again.

It was a nice clean room for the price. Was in town during a snow storm and travel every weekend so I’ve seen a lot of hotels and this was a great pick. Actually stayed another night. I would come back

This was the best hotel/ motel stay. The Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful There was a nice assortment to choose from and the coffee & creamer selection made us feel at home. Staff is AMAZING!

Smelled like marijuana terrible as soon as we walked in. Only got worse when we got closer to the room. Picked the hotel because of pool and hotel. Pool.area was about 50degrees, so was the pool and NOT hot tub. Never saw such a dirty place. The drawers werent cleaned out and has garbage in the room. The toilet felt like.it waa going to break. We could not stay there and left and paid for another room elsewhere.

This hotel was just very chappy. When I first walked in the door they said they were having problems with hot water, but thankfully that not cause issues for me. I booked a jacuzzi suite so that I could sit in the hot tub for my back, and it took an hour and a half for the tub to fill up. A bench in the room was stained disgustingly, there were marks and primer touch-ups all over the walls, and the only thing good thing I can say is that the mattress was great. The next morning when I went to take a shower, I found several black hairs around the edge. I spoke to the hotel manager in the morning and they did give me a free night stay for the future, so that helped.
