Newly, completely renovated 88m² ground floor apartment in the heart of Kalamata (renovation was done in 2019), in the immediate vicinity of the Central Square (400m, around 3min walk) and International Dance Center (500m, 4min walk). Plenty of restaurants, cafes, super market and nightlife places are accessible within walking distance. Additionally, it is not so far from the historic center (1,3km) and the market of Kalamata (1,4km), and has easy access to the beach by bus or public bikes. It has 2 bedrooms, which are equipped with anatomical mattresses and quality bedsheets, and it is suitable for couples, families (not suitable for children under 12 years old), professionals or anyone else who desires relaxation and tranquility. Modern, well-furnished and fully functional with 3 Air Conditioning units, 55’ Smart TV and fast WiFi Internet. Some breakfast supplies and welcome drink can be found in the fully equipped kitchen. The house has its own entrance and a small beautiful courtyard for moments of serenity.
