Beautiful, very clean and neat, affordable (huge suite with 4 beds for an extremely reasonable price), good breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of it is the layout. We were in their extended portion of the property, across the street, and our room was at the end of a maze of narrow walkways between buildings and a lot of stairs. We were originally going to bring our stroller, but it would have been impossible with the stairway up to the building with our room, the doors, etc. We also had to haul our luggage through all these stairs and windy walkways. For breakfast, we had to walk down a larger flight of stairs, cross a road, and then enter the main building. We are healthy and it was not a problem. But it would have been impossible for someone in a wheel chair or someone with a lot of unruly toddlers.

This was my second stay. I stayed for eight days over the Christmas holidays. The staff, service, restaurant, location, and price were all excellent and I will definitely stay here again. They had saved my information from my previous stay 6 months ago so check-in was fast and easy. On Christmas Eve I found a bag of chocolates, including a large foil-wrapped Santa Claus, at my door! What a lovely surprise!

The room was much larger than most for the price. The mini fridge was comparable in size to one you might find in a small apartment. An abundance of towels in comparison to other hotels that often give you 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per occupant. We were traveling with a family member that had recent knee surgery and the staff was very kind in picking a room for us that had limited stairs and easy access to the shower. We so very much appreciated their willingness to be accomidating.

I have stayed in this area and pleasantly surprised this is a clean, modern room hotel just outside the main town of Kaiserslautern. It has most reasonably priced on site restaurant and good parking. Also much better priced than the Hilton thats in town always booked.
