Room was ok, but carpet is gross and the bed uncomfortable. They also charge $25 a day for parking and $25 per day for “amenities”. Apparently that means free coffee in the morning, and free WiFi. Hmmm

The place is fine. I've stayed here before and will likely stay again in the future. Its a very reasonable price for the location. It would be nice if there were more options in Kona that were affordable, glad Pacific 19 is here. Nothing fancy but that's okay. This time I stayed in Garden view which was 2nd building back on 2nd floor, had view of bamboo and that's it but lanai was big and so was the room. Single bed, but that was all I needed. Coffee in the morning if you go in time to get it from the lobby. If you sleep in you may miss it. Parking was "full" so they asked me to park across the street. That was fine. Its another hotel with a big lot and an automatic gate. Its suppose to give you a ticket and then you pay when you leave. I got no ticket but it still let me in. On departure I figured I was paying the full price which is same as overnight price but when I called for assistance the gate opened. apparently no charge or maybe something will come later in the mail. very odd but whatever. It all works.

The location was good, within walking distance of the Kailua village coast, stores and restaurants. Parking was simple. The room felt clean and I had access to sunshine and a partial view of the ocean and the mountain from my room, looking south.

They charged us $25 per night for parking. That should have been stated on Expedia. The parking situation was terrible. A bunch of cars didn’t even have parking passes. There were barely any spots available. We finally got a spot and it was so tight I couldn’t get out of the car. Stressful parking situation we were scared our car was gonna get dinged by another car opening their door. For $24 a night parking should have been convenient not inconvenient!!!!!

Nice hotel, clean room and staff were great. Unfortunately our room was on the side of the road and it did get a lot of traffic noise. Especially later in the night when people were leaving the bars.

We loved our stay at Pacific 19. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious. The beach towel service was so convenient. We snorkeled at the harbor beach, which had lots of tropical fish all along the sea wall. The location was awesome, close to restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay here!
