Spiders cave
Thousands of spiders nest were hanging from the ceilings. The screen entrance door is rusty and it has damaged completely my wife's outfits when she was leaning on it for few seconds trying to open the main door. Only one element heats up on the stove in the kitchen area. There was only one wine glass in the cabinet. This condo only looks good on the photos. The only good thing was a spectacular view on the ocean from the balcony. Fix this place before you rent it again, please.

The Good: I booked this property because it was a top floor unit and full unobstructed ocean view. It delivered on both of these. The grounds of the building were kept really nicely, very clean and tidy and the building was quiet at night-times. Stocked well with dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and pots and pans. The towels were cleanly laundered and the sink and toilet were clean.
The Bad: Unit 1206 is "tired". With some inexpensive updates this Unit would have got a much higher rating. The screen on the door to the balcony was torn and coming away from the door itself allowing things to fly in. Some tiles chipped on the counter top and fridge door has wear and tear.
The Ugly: While most of the unit was clean, sheets, toilet etc., the bath tub was disgusting with tape and outline of a former bathmat, it was very off putting to shower in. Another big put off for us was they provide you with a "starter pack", toilet roll, dish soap etc., but if you use any of it you have to replace it all at the end of the stay!! That is gouging/nickel and diming at it's worst. Even the hand soap and paper towel had to be replaced. Who doesn't provide bathroom tissue? The ironing board was well worn, there was other people's hair caught in the hair dryer. Such a shame the owner(s) do not invest in small and expensive repairs or replacements that would have made a big difference in how we rated this property. Regardless, the bottom of the bath tub needs fixing immediately.
