Location: Situated in the heart of Kahana, this condo is conveniently located between the renowned Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to championship courses within a few miles, including the prestigious Kapalua Plantation Course, host of the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament of Champions.

The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when guests pick up their parking pass upon arrival. Parking Passes can be obtained from the Royal Kahana Front Desk from 8 AM to 5 PM, 7 days per week. If front desk is gone for the day, please see the security desk in the lobby, someone is there from 4 PM to 7 AM the following day. If no one is at the security desk, please call the number on the desk. You will need the make, model, color of your vehicle and the license plate number to register your vehicle. Please keep the parking pass in your vehicle on the dashboard at all times.

This was the perfect stay! Exactly as listed and in a safe neighborhood. Great communication. On the water with the beach just below our balcony. We could watch sea turtles swimming below the surface and we snorkeled just below our balcony. We highly recommend the Royal Kahana and this until in particular! We can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved the place. It’s very clean.. the views are amazing. It was so fun seeing turtles everyday from the balcony. Great location. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed everyday of our stay.

Amazing views and whale watching!

We had the best time and our family loved it and could not stop talking about the view. Our grand daughter has not stopped talking about it and asks to go back everyday. They seem to be in the middle of some updates which made the stay more comfortable. We enjoyed every minute and hated to leave. We will be back for sure!!! The whales and turtles make it that much more special.

Beautiful views

You can’t beat the ocean front view! We stayed during February and sat for hours watching the whales. The unit was very clean but definitely worn. The curtain in the guest bedroom was really bad - detached from the wall and moldy, and the tv in the primary was blocked by the dresser and unwatchable. Rental company was quick to answer questions. If a few updates were made we’d definitely stay again

Great views, not so great condo

Mold on the curtains in the guest bedroom, old leak on the ceiling in the main bedroom. This place is surface clean, but needs a deep cleaning, all the vents are covered in dust, top of the fridge is dusty, huge stain on carpets, I could go on…

Good Yet Bad

The location of the property is great. It is one of the few complexes on the shore. When we opened the door we were hit with a strong musty smell trying to be masked by very strong cleaning products. The unit was very much in need of a deep cleaning. The carpet in every room was extremely stained. You could not remove your shoes. There was water damage and parts of the ceiling coming down in the master. The window tracks in the master had a good amount of black mold buildup. All of us wound up congested. I could not stay inside. I spent most of my vacation on the deck. All the woodwork is need of cleaning and paint. Even the vinyl flooring was dirty. The soap pumps were grimy. Vents were coated with dust. The front slider doesn’t have a lock. Unfortunately this unit has not been loved properly. I was pretty ill. Most of the week with breathing issues. The kitchen is small but the one area that was upgraded. If this unit was updated I would definitely recommend it but at this point I would call it a health hazard.I’m really hoping this review will be taken seriously and issues rectified. It makes me very sad to write this type of review.

Vacation

My family and boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights - This place was truly amazing. The room was huge and had plenty of seating, great TV, beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms - had everything you needed. The lanai was breathtaking!!! Views of both Lanai and Molokai and perfect views of sunrise/sunset. You could not beat the price for the overall excellent room and views. Would highly recommend!!!
