Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this.

平日で泊まり客も少なかったので寂しい感じだった。スタッフは受付後ほぼ見かけなかった。 アメニティやお茶パックなどロビーに設置してあるが、滞在中補充がされてなかったので、すでに品切れとなったままだった。 温泉は源泉かけ流しで湯の温度は低めだが、ゆったり浸かれて良かった。 ちょうど近くにある奥津渓谷の紅葉真っ盛りで素晴らしく、混み合わない早朝に見に行けた。 散策も楽しんだ。 お安く泊まれたので接遇、食事の評価は普通としました。

子供も合わせて申し込みしたのですが　大人の料金しか　支払い出来てなくて　当日支払いに　なった。露天風呂も男女入れ替え制で　ちょうど夕食の時間と重なり　入れなかった。部屋は　綺麗に　リホームされていたが　洗面台とトイレが　同じでトイレの扉が　なくて　洗面台の入る扉には　鍵も付いてないので　嫌だなと思った。

部屋と温泉はよかったです 部屋もキレいだったのですが椅子に付いていた髪の毛や埃はもう少し丁寧に掃除してほしいなという感想です 周辺には何もなくホテルから出る気持ちにはなりません　ホテル内でも食事と温泉以外は何もない 部屋は広くてよかったのでいろいろ持ち込んで部屋で過ごし温泉を楽しむなら良いと思います

改装されて、きれいになっていたように思うが、部屋の入り口天井の換気口があいており、ダクトとかが見えていたのが残念。宴会場での食事だったが、外気が寒いせいか、足元が特に寒かったです。スッタッフの人は親切な方だった。
