Off of the street and parking areas.  Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Royal Kaanapali Golf course with spectacular panoramic ocean, both islands of Lanai & Molokai and sunset views.  Walking distance to Kahekili (Airport) beach known for some of the best snorkelling or diving in Maui and leads directly to the famous Black Rock. Short walk to many local restaurants and the best shopping of Whalers Village.

#27 Kaanapali Plantation has all new beds, hybrid/memory foam mattresses, pillows, linens & towels, kitchen supplies etc.  This 2 level 1550 sqft townhome has a large open kitchen & bar, living including a sleeper sofa, dining and powder room/laundry room on the main level.  Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both levels have lanais with spectacular panoramic views of ocean, sunsets, gorgeous tropical grounds & golf course.

Best Place Ever!

Diana was such a great hostess and responded immediately to any questions. The view from the living room was spectacular! I was really surprised with the number of spices available already so we didn’t have to purchase anything for seasonings. There were such an assortment of dishes that we didn’t have anything that we were missing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home! So clean, gorgeous view, comfortable beds, and everything you could need for your visit. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels were provided. This was our 3rd visit to the area and we would absolutely stay again!

New Year's Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Maui and this property was beautiful and true to the photos. Both lanai's had spectacular views of the ocean and we often watched the whales jump each morning while having breakfast. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only negative is that the 2 secondary bedroom air conditioning units are loud and run full time to keep the rooms cool. Would definately recommend this property.

Beautiful home with an amazing view!

Staying here was an absolute dream! The view was AMAZING! Close to so many restaurants and shopping. And very close to Kaanapali Beach, which we all enjoyed the most. Plenty of nearby excursions to explore. We did a few easy hikes and the kids went parasailing. This was our 5th time visiting Maui so location and nice accommodations were important to us and the place did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a last-minute getaway to Maui. The host was quick to respond and accommodated our needs. Interior of property was very nice. Nice bedrooms and baths and great kitchen. The property did not include a grill or hot tub as indicated on the listing so if you want those as part of your holiday, they are not available. The property was an easy walk down to the beach and the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. It's a good location in West Maui. Wishing the best for the residents of Lahaina ~ Mahalo!

Amazing Views

This property greeted us with amazing views before even stepping inside the actual property. We walked in and it was exactly as described on the website. It was actually bigger than it looked in photos. We had one person use the pull-out sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The rest of our party had the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had just about anything you could need. A huge hit was the closet of beach gear. 5 of us had great beach chairs and 1 would lay on a towel but we didn’t actually need it as not all 6 of us were in the chairs at the same time. Half of us were usually in the water. Check in and check out was super easy and the host was very responsive if you needed her. Bring your snorkel gear as the beach straight down the road has amazing reef and fish. You definitely don’t need to book an excursion to snorkel. The water was perfect. We are already looking to possibly come back and stay here again next year. Aloha!

Great Vacation Location

We loved being so close to all our favorite spots especially the beaches in this area that great for snorkeling. And so close to shops and outlet mall. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with a nice open living concept. Bedding and towels are white and clean and beds are pretty comfortable. Everything looks pretty new. Loved staying here! The only issue we had is with the downstairs sliding glass door and locking mechanism.

Absolutely Perfect!! The condo was immaculate, had everything we needed and it was so peaceful! While not right on the beach, it was a quick drive and it was so nice to not be in the crowded areas. The views were outstanding. Diana, the host, was great at communicating and so accommodating. If in Maui in the future, we will for sure stay here again.

Beautifully updated property. Nice set up for multiple families. Kitchen was a highlight along with a very nice master and two spacious deck areas. Great proximity to the pool area, which is very nice and quiet. Location is excellent and close to lots of great sites and amenities. Great option for families that don’t want to be in the crowds and want the option to eat at your place. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family trip to Maui was absolutely AMAZING, thanks to Diane and this beautiful property. The host is incredibly responsive and organized. A group of 7 of us stayed very comfortably in this 3-bedroom condo. Everyone from ages 2 to 70 fully enjoyed the property. Very family friendly, with a nice common area and beautiful sunset views for everyone to enjoy. Beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean, kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated and in pristine condition. I was able to run to the beach in the mornings easily, and the location is 5-15 min from shopping, gas, great restaurants, and supermarket. Parking is not an issue, and there was even beach gear/snorkel equipment clean and ready to use! We will definitely be coming back to Maui one day, and hope to enjoy this property again.

Pros: 1. Great location, close to lahaina and beach. Amazing sunsets and views. 2. Really well equipped kitchen, there were to go boxes which came very handy for carrying lunch for the day. 3. Did I mention amazing views. 4. Neat and clean. Cons: 1. Master bathroom did not have a separate door, therefore if you are a big group you will have to plan your mornings. Ha ha.

Family Vacation

Our family chose this property as my husband and I were travelling with 4 of our adult children. Since it was advertised as having 3 bedrooms and a sofa pull out couch it was perfect for us, having a mixed gender of children. When we arrived, it was realized that the sofa pull out couch was new and didn’t have bedding available. We contacted the property owner and she was extremely accommodating and had bedding delivered within a couple of hours. This is a beautiful property and in a great location close to all the amenities in the Kaanapali area. The unit itself is equipped with everything and anything a family would need in terms of kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas (all brand new). The bedding and pillows in each of the bedrooms is top notch and so comfortable! Each of the bedrooms is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners which also made our stay very comfortable. The main area downstairs did not have air conditioning but we used the portable fan that was provided to help cool the room. We did have an issue with some little bugs that only came into the master bedroom after dark and we raised this concern with the property owners and they were very responsive and offered to send in an exterminator right away. They also advised that they had not seen this before so perhaps this is something that is seasonal and may not be a reoccurring problem. The property owners let us know that they are doing a complete renovation in April 2022 and with this reno, I would highly recommend booking with them as I think this would alleviate any of the little issues we had. Highly recommend this property and property owners.
