It is a great location for the activities we wanted to do and had great place to eat with in 5 mins away from resort. Pool was clean and landscaping was very nicely done. Condo was very comfortable and kitchen had all need things to prepare meals.

Great place, fun resort

Kaanapali is a great area in which to stay on Maui. This resort is situated among other high-end resorts in a very nice area with lots of beautiful surrounding beaches to enjoy. Annie was a very responsive host and answered any questions promptly. She had a great welcome binder in the room with lots of clear resort instructions, as well as area info like food suggestions, shopping, and tourist destinations. The room was just as described - one master bedroom, nicely appointed kitchen, and a wealth of bedding options in the main room (2 murphy beds and 2 pull-out couches).The resort itself has a very nice pool and hot tub and a good hotel restaurant as well. Our family highly recommends Captain Jack's -- a restaurant at a nearby resort for dinner.The only reason I didn't give the check-in process a full 5 stars was because we received so many separate instructions for check in (they weren't consolidated into one place). We had to wade through several emails, plus VRBO messages and our reservation info to figure out the room number (hidden in one message), the room code (in another message), and then 3 emails from the resort itself on how to check in. We did get it all figured out and had a very nice stay. We would be happy to stay here again.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I’d definitely stay here again!

A cozy vacation home

This is our first trip to Hawaii. We are glad to stay in this unit, which is newly remodeled with modern and homey design. It has a private bed room with a queen bed and two other same size box beds in the living room which totally can provide 6 people with comfortable sleeping space. The room does not really have oceanfront view but the resort garden view is still pleasant. The kitchen has all the appliances and a variety of pots, a green pan, baking sheets, utensils, and even a rice cooker! However, we couldn’t find the original measuring cup so have to take the rice amount by guess. It turned out a little too dry but still edible. I like the Dryer and washer, which look new and have multiple preset functions as well as customer settings to meet a variety of needs. Laundry pods and dryer sheets were provided. ( please do not put the laundry pod in the detergent drawer of the washer as the gel would not dissolve completely. I had to use my hand to remove it) The host were very responsive. Any questions you text her, she would respond promptly. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towel racks or hooks in the restroom. Overall, we really enjoyed this vacation home and the resort facilities.
