Not a great experience at all
Nothing went right from the beginning.
1. Check in experience horrible. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 11 am. requested if an early check in can be allowed since we had kids. that was not available.
We waited till 4pm and then went to unlock the door and it didnt work. Later after follow up, the door code worked but the cleaners were in the home and doing the cleaning. We waited outside till 5.15 and went in after the cleaning was done.. But hardly any cleaning was done properly.
2. not enough utensils.
3. Bathroom door locks were not working.
4. Dishwasher wasnt working at all. After complaint, they replaced it with a new unit.
5. Vacum cleaning wasnt working.
6. A/C was broken.. and was leaking from cealing.
We had to call for every issues we find and they fixed it for some. But then we have not gone their to find out the property issues. It impacted our vacation time.. and was not enjoyable at all..
Will be expressing our dissatisfaction to VRBO and to host and ask for refund.
