Honua Kai Luana Garden Villas 7B - Private Villa, 3BR, Lanai & BBQ, Resort Pools

Welcome to Honua Kai Luana Garden Villas 7B, a luxurious ground-floor Maui villa combining the privacy and generous proportions of a holiday home with the amenities of an oceanfront Kāʻanapali resort. This three-bedroom, three-bath retreat offers approximately 2,047 square feet of interior living space and accommodates up to eight guests. Its expansive layout, peaceful garden setting, and convenient single-level design make it especially well suited for families, multigenerational holidays, and couples travelling together.

A retractable glass wall opens the great room to more than 500 square feet of private outdoor living space. The furnished lanai overlooks a broad tropical lawn and features lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, a built-in gas grill, sink, and mini refrigerator. Prepare dinner while the children enjoy the lawn, gather for a relaxed meal in the Maui breeze, or unwind outside after a day at the beach. This seamless indoor-outdoor setting is one of the villa's most memorable features.

Two primary bedrooms each feature a king bed, private lanai access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king when arranged before arrival, providing flexibility for children or another couple. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room expands the villa's sleeping capacity to eight, while three full bathrooms give everyone the space needed to prepare comfortably for the day.

The open gourmet kitchen is designed for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with quartz surfaces, Bosch appliances, an induction cooktop, wall oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and generous preparation space. Four-zone central air conditioning allows guests to personalise the temperature throughout the villa. High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the great room and bedrooms, and an in-unit full-size washing machine and dryer add the conveniences expected in a premium Maui holiday rental.

A private garage with EV charging makes parking and island exploring especially convenient. Complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler are also provided for days on the sand. Guests consistently praise Villa 7B for its exceptional space, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, large lawn, peaceful location, and easy access to the pools, beach, and Duke's Beach House. It is an inviting home base for reconnecting with family and experiencing the best of Kāʻanapali.

// About the Property //

Luana Garden Villas is an exclusive collection of three-bedroom residences within Honua Kai Resort & Spa on North Kāʻanapali Beach. Organised into three private garden enclaves, the villas offer a quieter, lower-density setting than a traditional resort tower while retaining access to Honua Kai's extensive beachfront amenities. Each enclave has its own swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tropical gathering areas.

Honua Kai's three-acre aquatic playground includes multiple swimming pools, a children's pool, waterslide, waterfalls, caves, and hot tubs. Guests can walk through the landscaped resort grounds to the beach, enjoy oceanfront dining and live music at Duke's Beach House, visit Whaler's General Store, use the fitness centre, or spend the day relaxing beside the resort pools.

The combination of private villa living and full resort access makes Luana Garden Villas particularly appealing to families and groups. Guests can enjoy the space, garage, outdoor kitchen, and residential comfort of a private home without giving up beachfront access, restaurants, recreation, or the convenience of a full-service resort destination. Honua Kai is located within a hotel-zoned resort area that permits legal holiday stays.
