THE CONDO YOU SEE IS THE CONDO YOU RENT! This condo unit is PRIVATELY RENTED. Being a studio this Condo is perfect for A PARTY OF TWO and also has plenty of space for a single traveler. One of the Best Oceanfront renovated Studio units in the building, located on the 2nd floor south end. We have a unrestricted oceanview from your large lanai.. (patio). The views are incredible and can't be beat! The oceanfront lanai has a balcony height table and two chairs with full 4" cushions, along with a lounging chair for relaxing and enjoying your views! Out here you can do breakfast, coffee, lunch, dinner and late night refreshments!!!

Unit #203 was completely remodelled in late 2006 - 2007 and it has recently been updated and refreshed! Our condo has all tile flooring wood cabinets, s/s appliances, granite counter tops and approx 500 sq. feet of living space that includes the lanai. The condo is modern and upscale in design. A full kitchen in a studio unit is a bonus, the counter top ceramic stove, full sized microwave, convection toaster oven, 18" dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker, a 12 cup coffee machine, blender, and tea kettle and tea pot. Under the sink are cleaning supplies if needed. We also have tinfoil and ziplock bag for your use. We supply Henkel 6 piece knifes and sharpener.

We offer a CALIFORNIA KING BED with Lxurious Linens and Comforter for your sleeping pleasure. Our lanai slider doors where replaced with new Fleetwood doors, and we have black out Roller Shade window covering that open right up to the ceiling in the day, or roll down to floor at night for sleeping. The unit also has air conditioning in case you need to cool off. Each unit controls their own air conditioning. Other wise you can always let our refreshing Maui Tradewinds blow thru and leave your lanai doors open. You decide!!

There is a living area set up for you with a 2 seater sofa to watch your favorite movie or just sit back relax and read. Our 40" Smart TV is on a wall bracket and it swivels in case you decide you want to cozy up in the King bed to watch the TV or a movie. No need to rent movies, just go to your NetFlik or Amazon Prime account and pick your own, you just need to log-in. Our WIFI is secure. You can also Bluetooth your favorite tunes, as we have a Sony I Home player to enjoy your music when needed. Not to forget the small desk area for your use, here you can keep your smart phones and laptops, and IPads charging and ready for your use.

Refreshed bathroom with walk-in shower all tiled, clean and fresh, and also equipped with a hairdryer. We supply your towels and a starter set of 1.5 oz. sized bath amenities when you arrive. Your Beach gear include beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella, they are stored in the mirror closet and ready for your use. The small safe is also located here for your use for any valuables you may have. There are coin operated Washer & Dryers on every 2nd floor, the laundry room is located on the left of the elevators. There is also a trash chute in each laundry room for your daily trash.

Down on ground floor are the gas BQQ's grills at the pool too! Nice Cabana area for all guest at Maui Kai to use. Swimming Pool, hot tub, open kitchen for use while bbq and darts to play while waiting for your meal to grill. The Cabana is open from 9am to 10pm daily. Also a ping pong table inside for your wild side! Here you can hang out and sun and lounge. Lots of tables and chairs available. If you are a home body, the Pool Cabana area is perfect for you. The pool is heated and the Hot Tub has the best jets for your relaxing and soaking. The hours are from 9AM - 10PM daily. There are gas grills and nice covered dining area for all guests use. While waiting for your grill to heat up, there is a dart board have a game to fill the time. The cabana has a full sized community kitchen that is always available. Inside is also a ping pong table and lending book library and there are both men and women restrooms at the pool side.

The State of Hawaii and Maui Kai AOAO has strict No Smoking Rules, and have set up a lovely Designated Smoking area for any one who feels the need to smoke. See our photos, it is located on the north end of the building off the parking lot, you can't miss it. And another treat for our guests is the Large Community Herb and Vegtable Garden!! You just never know when you you need fresh Basil or Rosemary!!!

The beach comes and goes from here, but beach access in Hawaii is Public. There are no private beaches. If there is not a beach right out front, there is usually one in either direction quite close. It's just a short walk to some of Kaanapali's sandy beaches, and you can access the beach from the extreme left of the property (it is right next door). It is a sandy beach, and you can walk along the beach or the boardwalk all the way to Whalers Village.

Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, Outdoor Farmer's Market, and cafes are only a few blocks way. You can walk on the new beach walk, or drive. The Dukes Oceanfront Cafe is a short walking distance and casual and fun. And if you like to golf, you are only a short driving distance from 3 world class golf courses. Lahaina town is a quick 8 - 10 minute drive south from the condo. Maui Also has the Maui Bus now... you can check out the website for the Maui bus for more information.
