Misrepresented on Stayz. Only 4 bedrooms. Overpriced, considering some aspects. Annoying that lights didn't work in bedrooms. Not enough linen. Some dining chairs very fragile, about to break. Lounge chairs very stained, as well as carpets. Carpet in dining area wet. You couldn't use the bath in the master bedroom, because there wasn't a blind or curtain up - facing the hosts accommodation, so people could see in there. The double bed in that room was stuffed, only a child could sleep in it, on one side. The double campstretcher downstairs behind the lift was not comfortable, so not used. We brought a blow up mattress with us and extra sheets and blankets; as we weren't sure what to expect, after seeing other reviews. The bunkbeds only had a single sheet on each bed, luckily we had extra blankets. Also a lot of junk around, even at the front door. Glass on the balcony near master bedroom. Disappointing that some of the doors didn't work, broken or locked. BBQ unusuable, in bits.Having said all that, the house is very spacious, and there was a bed in the huge hall area, as well as in another "snug" room (no doors) good that there is a lift. Living area was huge - 2 dining tables. This was once a beautiful family home, now in need of maintenance. Also, very annoying for us, we got a tek screw in one of our tyres, costing us more money to get fixed. There was a tek screw in one of the bedrooms. There is a sun room being built onto the house.

Stunning property with million dollar views

Suprised at some of reviews ive read and dissapointed in the human race. If your a pretentious snowflake who walks around looking for stains on floor instead of enjoying the stunning view from the balcony and expect to walk around with white glove picking on everything you should probably tripple your budget and stay at a 5 star resort. If your after the biggest house youve ever stayed with comfortable clean beds ample bathrooms and enough room to swing a tree around both up and downstairs this is for you. Place smelt and looked very clean host Ians a legend i suggest you ignore reviews and look for yourself

I booked this property for some of our staff who had to do some work in Jurien Bay. Ian was great to deal with and answered all questions. Home was clean and comfortable for our staff at the end of a hard days work. Would recommend for family's and other people needing somewhere to stay in Jurien Bary
