Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist gut über die Treppe erreichbar. Um in's Haus zu kommen, geht eine Treppe von der Straße nach unten. Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und Vollausstattung. Der Balkon ist großzügig und nach Norden zu den Dünen ausgerichtet. Hier haben wir einen Rehbock und Fasane als regelmäßige Gäste bewundern können. Die Wohnung ist leise und von den Nachbarn im Haus und den Nachbarhäusern haben wir wenig mitbekommen. Die Vermieterin ist phantastisch, super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung jedem, der auf Juist ruhig und dennoch zentral Urlaub machen möchte.

Saubere und stilvolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit auf Juist sehr genossen, vor allem auch aufgrund der super Wohnung und der sehr sympathische Vermieterin Christine. Wir wurden persönlich von Christine empfangen und haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden, alles war für 4 Personen vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet und Christine hatte jederzeit gute Tipps für uns. Besonders gefallen hat uns die stillvolle und ästhetische Einrichtung der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Vielzahl von Handtüchern, zusätzlichen Kissen, Decken etc. lag bereit. Die Küche ist in unseren Augen überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Weitere Utensilien (z.B. zum Backen) wurden uns bei der Ankunft direkt angeboten. Allein eine Mikrowelle fehlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber für die Ausstattung zu teuer

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober in dieser Unterkunft auf Juist. Wir würden dafür eigentlich dreieinhalb Sterne als Gesamtbewertung geben, aber da die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und nett war, haben wir aufgerundet. Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung schön, sie ist modern eingerichtet, es gibt einen Garten nach hinten hinaus mit einer kleinen Sitzgruppe und einen nach Norden gehenden Balkon für warme Tage. Es gab auch einen typischen Ikea-Hochstuhl für unser Kleinkind, das fanden wir gut. Wir hatten das Glück, dass bis auf den letzten Tag keine andere Familie mit Kinderwagen dort war, so konnten wir unseren Kinderwagenmer ohne Zusammenklappen unter der Treppe parken. Und ein Plus ist auch, dass im Keller Waschmaschine und Trockner (und zwar nicht etwa uralt, sondern modern) zur Verfügung stehen. Leider gab es einige Kritikpunkte – wobei man sagen muss, dass dies großteils ein wenig "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" ist, aber da die Ferienwohnung auch recht teuer war, hatten wir ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet: Zunächst einmal: Ja, es gibt ein gesondertes Schlafzimmer, aber das wurde offensichtlich nachträglich abgetrennt, und zwar mit einer ultradünnen Gipskartonwand und Schiebetüren. Konsequenz ist: Wenn man darin sein Kind zum Schlafen legt, muss man im Wohnzimmer extrem leise sein, denn man hört im Schlafzimmer alles. Auch sind die Schiebetüren leider eher laut, insbesondere die beim Fenster klemmt auch und lässt sich ohne etwas lautere Geräusche nicht weit genug öffnen, um hineinzukommen. Und da das Bett von Wand zu Wand geht, kommt man nicht einfach von der einen auf die andere Seite des Bettes. Auch ist die "voll ausgestattete Küche" insbesondere für diese Preisklasse leider alles andere als voll ausgestattet. Man mag ja darüber streiten, ob dazu eine Mikrowelle gehört (gab es nicht), aber auch sonst: für eine explizit für Urlaub mit Kindern beworbene Ferienwohnung war enttäuschend, dass es nicht einmal einen Messbecher oder eine Waage gab. Unser Kleiner isst noch Brei - für das Abmessen mussten wir uns mit Tricks behelfen. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist der Schneebesen: man musste vorsichtig sein, dieses billige Teil beim Breirühren nicht zu verbiegen. Es gab auch keine Schüssel, in der man einen Salat oder einen Pizzateig hätte zubereiten können, dafür mussten wir dann einen Kochtopf nehmen. Wie gesagt: Diese Dinge sind sicherlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber für effektiv etwa 200 Euro pro Tag im Oktober würden wir einfach mehr erwarten.
