This beautifully maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers comfort, warmth and privacy in a stunning riverfront setting. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while the remaining two bedrooms feature queen and double beds. The open-plan living area is warm and inviting with polished floorboards, a wood heater, and a split-system heat pump for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, and both a Breville Barista machine and Nespresso pod machine. Step outside to the spacious rear deck with river views, outdoor dining area and a full outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sink and bar fridge. The property also features an outdoor laundry with washing machine and dryer, and ample onsite parking.

Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared spaces or areas that are off-limits during your stay.

Judbury is a peaceful riverside farming community in the heart of the Huon Valley, known for its natural beauty, rolling pastures, artisan produce and apple orchards. Enjoy nearby attractions including mountain trails, wineries, Willie Smith’s Apple Shed, Home Hill Winery, the Hartz Mountains and Tahune Airwalk. Restaurants, supermarkets and conveniences can be found just 15 minutes away in Huonville.

A car is essential to explore the Huon Valley and surrounding areas. The property has private onsite parking for multiple vehicles, and roads are easy to navigate with scenic drives in every direction. Hobart is approximately 45–50 minutes away by car.

This property runs on fresh tank water, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of usage. Firewood is supplied for the wood heater and outdoor fire pit, and additional kindling can be collected around the property. Wi-Fi is reliable and streaming apps are available on the TV, however guests will need to log in using their own accounts. For safety, children must be supervised outdoors due to proximity to the river. Strictly no pets and no parties.
