West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch.

Property was perfectly built where it felt big but was easily walkable. Everything was close from wonderful breakfast buffet to the beach. Everything was very clean and service was top notch. Chairs on the beach were comfortable and the beach there was one of the best I’ve been to.

Very nice resort.. Unit was musty smelling and no TV service only prime video and apps but not YouTube tv. Old sound system that is unusable. Also couldn’t change the volume on the tv in the living room. But great view and beach is awesome.

We stayed in their ocean front luxury suite which was really nice. The suite was kept clean, nicely decorated, spacious with a balcony and with great views of the beach/ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.
