Excelente localização, falta melhorar o café
O hotel é bem localizado, na orla de Juazeiro e a poucos metros da ponte que liga Petrolina a Juazeiro. O polo gastronômico Vila Bossa Nova fica ao lado do hotel, pelos fundos. Quarto grande, espaçoso, e com uma vista MARAVILHOSA do rio São Francisco! Nos apaixonamos por aquela vista! Tivemos problema com o quarto: no primeiro quarto que nos colocaram, as luzes não acendiam (114), e o quarto estava bem velhinho, com umas paredes descascadas e manchadas. Mas nos mudaram de quarto, e foi excelente! Quarto novinho, tudo funcionando, e a vista do rio era muito melhor! Eu acho que todos os quartos tem vista para o Rio São Francisco, alguns com mais (superiores, no 3º andar), outros com menos (inferiores, 1º andar). O quarto era limpo todos os dias: bastava deixar a chave na recepção e pedir a arrumação do quarto que era feita. Por sinal, eles recomendam você deixar a chave na recepção ao sair. Taxa de R$ 80,00 para o caso de perder a chave. Eles estão passando por uma mudança no café da manhã. O restaurante que tinha uma unidade dentro do hotel (Vila Dendê), e que servia café, almoço e jantar, encerrou as atividades em 31/12/2023, continuando apenas com o café da manhã até o dia 29/02/2024. A maioria das comidas frias (fatias de pizza, cuscuz, macaxeira...), mesmo você sendo um dos primeiros a comer (café vai das 6 às 10h), mas bem variado e a cada dia tinha opções diferentes. O Elevador precisa passar por uma reforma. Não se assustem quando ele está para parar em algum andar...

O hotel é antigo, carece de reparos. Os móveis são muito fracos. O serviço é precáriao. Uma pena, pois fica em uma região fantástica. Merecia mais atenção.
