This modern desert oasis has great mountain views with desert oaks and Joshua trees. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the master suite. Sliding glass doors from master suite leads to the backyard with an ultra-luxurious outdoor jacuzzi/spa and a relaxing oval swimming pool with a deck and seating to beat the summer heat and enjoy the sunsets.
Other amenities include hammock corner for sunset watching or star gazing, BBQ grill with outdoor dining and a pool/ice hockey table in game room. Enjoy amazing fireside chat with our over the table top fire pit.

ROOMS INCLUDE: (Entire use of the house)

LIVING ROOM has comfortable seating with pillows, smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows with a coffee table and a bar cart to enjoy drinks in the backyard.

KITCHEN: The modern design kitchen next to the dining area is fully equipped with start-of-art appliances to prepare delicious meals and create memorable evenings. We supply basic spices, olive oil and coffee. Spacious countertops and kitchen island with eating space. Plenty of natural light through large windows in the common areas. Please load and run the dishwasher prior to your checkout if you have used any dishes.

BEDROOM: Retreat to 3 comfortable themed bedrooms after an exciting day at Joshua Tree National Park. Master bedroom with King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding glass doors from master bedroom leads to the backyard with a luxurious spa and a swimming pool. Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with full and twin bunk beds. All room are equipped with premium mattress, pillows, linens and sheets.

BATHROOM: Ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with all modern amenities. The 2nd common bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Please do not flush anything (even "flushable" wipes) down the toilet, except toilet paper.

OUTDOOR: But wait! Step out into a fully fenced private backyard, where you can soak up the sun by a large swimming pool (Oval 24 feet by 16 feet) and luxurious hot tub, prepare delicious BBQ meals, hammock corner for sunset watching or star gazing, and have hours of family fun with open indoor game room, and a large outdoor dining table to enjoy a family meal.

We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this in accordance with county guidelines. The county mandates us to use audio-level monitoring. Rest assured we cannot hear anything but are alerted if noise levels exceed normal levels for a sustained period. Smoking (including E-cig) is not allowed on the property.

POOL: Anyone under 18 of age needs his/her parent's present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. Securely close pool fence gate when not in use. No glassware near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests' safety. Please note that the pool service is available either Thursday/Friday, they will normally access the pool from backyard.

Close to the national park. Kitchen was nice to have. Lots of dark long hair in the bathroom when we got there, hair in the sheets. The couch is a modular couch that comes apart when you sit on it. Why do people put handheld shower heads in a shower with half a door? Makes no sense. The backyard is nice! Overall, good stay.

Neeraj was an amazing host and the place was kept beautifully. The grill was not the cleanest and there was no propane but me and my friends did bring our own grill which worked out for us! The hot tub and pool were well maintained and we do recommend bringing our own floaties.

The place was a delight--super close to town and to the national park. The pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, and hammocks were great. The temperature was a little warm to open up the garage, yet in cooler seasons, it'd be great to have that accessible to the lovely backyard. The inside was comfortable, well-appointed, and clean.

Great location for Joshua Tree National Park

We stayed for a week with our two kids aged 11 and 15. The accessibility to Joshua tree was fabulous allowing early morning and late night trips into the park for sunrise, sunset and stargazing.The house is spacious and would easily accommodate a group larger than ours. The house is well equip for short stays with a coffee machine, plates, cup, glasses etc, but for longer stays such as ours was not equip for making family meals. Cooking implements were limited for even basic needs. We had specifically booked a house after a week spent in hotels to be able to cook and enjoy family time. The house could use a little TLC as there were areas where things were broken (kitchen cupboards, VCR, hammocks, sunloungers) or simply needed cleaning up and a refresh (HVAC filter and back garden in general). The photos supplied on the listing appear to be at least a few years old. Other houses we have rented have provided a folder with restaurant recommendations, local sightseeing trip recommendations, local Drs and medical providers for emergencies and information relating to the property which would have been a great addition in this property.Overall we had a pleasant stay at Joshua Tree.

Weekend Concert Getaway
