Located near the Castle and the city center, a few minutes walk from the Antilles water park and 2km from the Thermes, the residence Le Clos des Thermes has 12 modern homes, redone in 2019.
It is located on 2000 m2 fully enclosed, with a bowling green, a WIFI connection, a laundry and parking for residents.
Each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen including: oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; a bed of 160X200 with a quality French bedding brand Duvivier; a flat screen TV 82 cm and reversible air conditioning.
We offer you as an option:
- The Pack linen (bed made on your arrival, towels and tea towels): 35 € / person
- End of stay cleaning: 35 €
A deposit of 500 € will be required upon your arrival either by check not cashed or bank card not debited and will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.
