Rooms are not cleaned. Walls are yellow and rooms smelled like smoke. No towels in bathroom. No shower curtain. Paper thin bed clothes. No remote for tv. No phone. No smoke detector. Reservation for handicap room was confirmed online and over phone, but then when arrived was told it wasn’t available. One lamp was non working.

There was no garbage can in room. There was a coffee machine, but no pot or coffee packs or cups. Not even for water. Bedspread had holes in it. One lamp had no bulb. Pillowcases were wrinkled. Not sure if they had been changed.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. But I had to change rooms 3 times because the toilet wouldn't flush. Plus I was told online id have 2 beds online but only got 1 without an explanation. The bed got smaller each and every time I changed rooms. I was not offered a discount for the inconvenience either.

You get what you pay for with the room. It's inexpensive because there may or may not be a microwave, the covers are pretty thin, and might smell smoke still in a none smoking room. For the price it's reasonable if you want to save money.

We tried 4 different rooms they all were extremely nasty holes every where no sheets just a thin blanket no towels just a bath mattt to dry off with lumpy pillows bath tub would not drain no drawers in night stand it was a nightmare we paid 90.00 called hotels.com to get a refund run I mean run
