The room was very clean. The bathroom door however would not lock and the sink would stop up. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train, but did work properly. The staff was very friendly.

Nice stay
The welcoming sign says newly built so maybe a few kinks to work out. The seal at the bottom of the shower leaked so there was water pooled outside the shower. We were on the 4th floor and it could be the HVAC unit was above us so there was a loud continual motor noise and the return vent in the bathroom whistled and was quite loud. We closed the bathroom door to hold down some of the noise. We usually use a white noise maker which we did not need. Upon entering the room and attempting to use the room temperature control device it did not function nor did the heating/cooling unit function. Staff had to come and repair unit, kept us from moving room. The halls in the hotel were about the largest we have seen, I estimate 15 feet wide from door to door. The rooms were smaller because of the large halls. Overall though the place was nice, just small things.

The staff is amazing. Have stayed here on several occasions. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms have always been clean and you can actually take a HOT shower. The hotel is close is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again.
