First, I chose this hotel and accepted its higher price because of the indoor pool. However, Hotels dot com does NOT check to make sure the amenities are actually available. My husband requested specifically that we stay where there’s an indoor pool. The pool was closed when we checked in. The AC/Heater sounded like a world of crickets coming to sing through it on high. The elevator quit working and I disabled, I have a leg that’s had multiple knee surgeries/ replacements and surgery on my foot on that side as well so no stairs specifically for me. There were people moving and jumping all night in the room above us on the 4th floor… there was no shampoo for the shower, we didn’t bring any because the hotel said they offered it. The clamp that held the shower head up was broken. I’m sure if I thought about it long enough I could tell you more. I want a refund and I will never use Hotels.com if I don’t get it. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and I. Very disappointing.

The location is perfect for our travel plans, and the complimentary cookies and coffee sure were nice. The girl at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly dated, but they provided a safety mat for the bath tub - much appreciated by this member of the older generation! And the beds are very comfortable!
