Horrible todo, nunca hubo alguien en la recepción para resolver la situación, no me entregaron nunca la habitación. Inseguro ya que el hotel estaba abierto y nadie del personal o seguridad. Si pueden evitar su estancia ahí, háganlo

Hotel Transilvania de terror

Ya había leído los comentarios pero pensé que eran falsos o al azahar pero la verdad deja mucho que desear este si le podemos decir hotel, muy muy viejo y en mal estado, las habitaciones muy feas y el baño huele mal, el estacionamiento es pequeño pero lo comparten con un restaurante y jamás encuentras lugar para tu coche, muchos borrachos en la madrugada tomando y gritando dentro de las instalaciones y nadie les dice nada.

No volvería , no vale la pena

En general cumplió su función , sin embargo la calidad del hotel, del edificio general y de la alberca es horrible , no regresaría , solo el personal vale la pena muy amables y pendientes

El peor hotel en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Esta horrible, las almohadas sin fundas y sucias con manchas amarillas asquerosas, las sabanas igual. Dormimos sobre unas toallas que llevábamos. El baño asqueroso, el wc estaba roto y se salía toda el agua sucia y apestaba. La regadera inservible, como esta llena de sarro el agua sale para todos lados y es imposible bañarte. Dormimos unas horas porque fuimos a una boda y huímos de ahí, sin bañarnos ni nada. Ni hablar del ruido pero eso ya es lo de menos.

Horrible. El lugar es viejo y se nota que no le dan mantenimiento. El servicio del recepcionista es pésimo. Cuando llegamos no estaba lista nuestra habitación y nos hicieron esperar como media hora. Solo la recamarera fue amable. Salimos y cuando regresamos, la habitación estaba abierta!!. El recepcionista dijo que él la abrió porque se le olvidó que ya estaba ocupada y se le olvidó cerrarla. Por suerte no se nos perdió nada. En resumen lo único bueno es la ubicación porque queda al lado del salón del evento al que fuimos. Muy lamentable el nivel de descuido en todos los sentidos.

Viejo, feo. No sirven los aires acondicionados ni ventiladores. No hay agua caliente. PÉSIMO. Al menos los empleados son atentos y tratan de solventar las deficiencias del hote. MUY CARO para la porquería que es.

Pesimo hotel de 1 estrella

La habitacion fatal sin toallas sin sábanas adecuadas sin aire acondicionado sin ventilador la taza del baño y lavabo rotos el agua de la regadera inundo hasta el cuarto. Solo la cama ni un mueble dentro. Es la peor experiencia. Muy caro ni a media estrella llegamos. Ni siquiera nos hicieron la limpieza. En verdad esperaria un reembolso.

No me gustó el lugar

La visita no fue muy satisfactoria desde un inicio dan una hora de check in en la página y al llegar resulta que es otra, muy mala atención por parte del recepcionista un chico que no sabe a tender clientes, la limpieza de la habitación mala olía bastante desagradable y se salía el agua del baño, después le cambiaron a una habitación por la que yo había pagado una más pequeña y para terminar su aire no servía y tampoco te explicaban cómo usarlo.

El lugar está muy viejo y limpieza de la habitación es un asco, se salía el agua de la coladera de la regadera, ni una jerga tiene para dejarla en la habitación, el servicio igual pésimo, todo muy sucio desde que entregaron la habitación

Un bello lugar

El hotel bien, restaurante bien, pero los otros huéspedes muy mal, parranda, alcohol, palabras altisonantes, música toda la noche hasta las 7:00 AM. El personal amable, Emilio al pendiente en todo momento, el staff rescató la mala experiencia.
