Budget hotel for 1 night

Stay there for one night.. location is great and it’s near danga Bay Area and plenty of mamak stores in the walking distance. the rooms are okay not super clean and show many signs of wear; shows the age of the property - would expect that the 3-star hotel to have better upkeep and maintenance. Okay for one night stay but I will probably look for another hotel for more nights. Checkin was smooth.
