I like it being so close to JB station and the shopping malls. The apartment is very spacious with fantastic view over the city and harbour. Everything is fine with the place apart from one big negative is that they do not answer phone calls. I left a bag behind in the room and tried to get in touch with them as inside the bag I had my shoes for going to a wedding. It was impossible to talk to them and eventually had to have a local to go into the hotel to collect it for me. I found that extremely frustrating as I had just crossed the border to Singapore and did so many long distance call to them unsuccessfully.

Terrible hotel.. won’t be back.. Paid for 3 guests but hotel staff insisted that I had to pay for extra bed at reception even though my booking stated payment made for 3rd guests. Room had horrible smell that lasted throughout the stay even though we used air fresheners, that didnt work. Toilet seat was also broken. Had to call someone to get it fixed. FYI, they charge for early check in.

Not the first time staying here for a one night staycation in JB. Location wise, it’s one of the better ones. Condition of establishment wise, it’s your usual JB standards, lack of maintenance and left to deteriorate.

Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in.

Outstanding

Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here.

1st time stay in the hotel. Good location, breakfast was simple and nice. Front-desk and staff at breakfast were pleasant. Thing to be improve toilet accessory like bidet, shower tap etc were loss and need to be tighten. Other than the toilet every about this is good.

Great location and helpful reception. Room is spacious with a balcony with view of the Causeway. However, the cleanliness of the chairs and sofa can be improved as there are some stains on it. Not a dealbreaker so I'm happy with my stay!
