The unit is very new and clean. Check in is a breeze and Avery Management especially the staff - Samual is very helpful and allows for late check out till 2pm. I strongly recommend this.

Brand new apartment less than 5 minutes walk to KSL. There is still some construction noise as there are many apartments still under renovation. Service is good and pleasantly surprised to note there is a check-in room in the lobby of the apartment. Bedroom is a bit small but new and clean. Nice facilities such as big pool, gym, karaoke etc. Satisfied with our stay!
