Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel. Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened.
