We had a wonderful experience at Gold Reef City. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, great food. An added benefit was the access to the park on each day of our stay. They have some great rides which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. A memorable stop on our family vacation.

Was disappointed at the number of rides for the kids were under maintenence. Also the staff at the Theme Park at most of the rides are not the friendliest of people. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel check in process is efficient

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was good. Check in time according to Hotels.com ends at 9:30. We were there before 9:30 and were told the room would only be ready at 2pm It caused major inconvenience as we were not ready for the day. And had to change on the bathrooms.
