disappointment the hotels . not Comunicated

i was not accepted as the HOTELS >COM did not give. Confirmation of my stay and it costed me my air time wich was not professional to finally after 1 hour i managed to confirmation at the hotel.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2024
