Huentala Hotel, the Best!

The Huentala Hotel was excellent in many ways. Fist, it’s location is excellent and close to many sights in Mendoza. Second, the staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything related to your stay in Mendoza: print materials, suggest where to go, restaurants, etc. I want to single out Aracelli in the front desk, she helped all the way through, from the beginning of my stay until the end. My room was spacious, very clean and with a beautiful view. Breakfast is excellent with many options: eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereals, breads, coffee, tea, pastries, yogurt, and many other goodies. At the hotel there is always someone willing to help you out with suitcases and excursions. This hotel shares facilities with two connecting hotels and you can enjoy the gym, pool, and discount in the restaurants. Finally, if I visit Mendoza again, I would certainly stay at the Huentala.

The breakfast offerings were incredible and the room was clean and decent size. My only complaint would be when we checked in the first night there was a dirty plate that was left on a console table outside our hotel room and after a full day it was still there even though our room had been cleaned. Other than this, the hotel itself was in a great location where the restaurants were within walking distance.

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly , the room was clean. The hotel is located down a side street and the only drawback is the state of the pavement. There are cracked tiles and potholes too. You have to be careful that you don’t trip over. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel.

A beautiful and elegant hotel. Very comfortable rooms with a great shower and amenities. A high point is the excellent restaurant with a large selection of wines including by the glass. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor niggle is no free mineral water in the rooms, which most quality hotels supply these days, but this doesn't really detract from a 5 star rating.

This was a very nice property and the suite/queen bed was huge! Exactly what we wanted for a beautiful stay en Mendoza that wasn't a big chain with no originality. Well done!

I actually stayed at Hualta hotel (Hualta, Huentala and Sheraton are three hotels within the same complex) and my experience was a great one 🙂. The hotel is very new and has a lot of artwork and open spaces. It also has an in-house winery - the first and only city hotel to have this in the whole of the Americas (I was later told the world) and this made the stay even more unique plus I was in Mendoza, an area famous for its wines! Perhaps the most important aspect of my stay was the kind, friendly nature of the staff at the hotel. I really appreciated the conversations and well wishes!! Great people! Thank you team.

Booked Huentala with Expedia put into Hualta hotel - it seems Hualta, Huentala and Sheraton part of same group. Had nice room but don’t know if other hotel would have been better - pool in Halta was not heated - allowed to use Sheraton Pool very good - good choice of restaurants. Loved the BBQ off. Breakfast ok - unusually it was continental- they changed for cooked- location good and travel company was very helpful - expensive but worth it - their driver Marcello was excellent.
