Perfect Hotel

We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

O hotel de maneira geral é bom, mas alguns pontos deixam a desejar. A localização é boa, próxima boas atrações turísticas, apesar de não estar exatamente na praia. Café da manhã de boa qualidade. Hotel relativamente novo e limpeza de boa qualidade. Área da piscina deixa a desejar. Muito pequena (somente 2 esteiras), a piscina é muito pequena e a água é fria. O hotel não dispõe de restaurante, apenas café da manhã. De qualquer forma o que mais me incomodou foi o despreparo e erros na hora de fecha o pagamento dos extras. Fiz o pagamento e fui chamado outras 3 vezes para rever o pagamento e ainda por cima queriam que cancelássemos o UBER, que já havia chegado, e voltássemos pela quarta vez para rever a conta. Uma confusão completa. Lamentável.
