A estadia não foi como esperava. A estrutura do hotel, até que é legal, possui espaço para home office, tem piscina, restaurante, cafeteria, porém o que realmente é importante para uma estadia mínima e para um hóspede comum, deixa a desejar demais! Quando solicitei toalha, demorou mais de 1 hora para levarem ao quarto. No banheiro, tinha um difusor com mofo, um cheio horrível. O utensílio para pendurar toalha quase despencando. O chuveiro eu não sei o que acontecia que algumas vezes demorava muito para conseguir esquentar. No café da manhã, voce percebe que os funcionários são sobrecarregados, existem poucos e não conseguem dar conta dos pedidos e você tem muitas limitações para os ingredientes para uma tapioca, por exemplo. Num geral, percebe-se que o hotel precisa dar mais atenção a estrutura dos quartos e condições para atender melhor aos hóspedes. Esperava mais.

Em relação a limpeza dos quartos foi complicado. Deixávamos o aviso para limpeza mas Qd chegávamos ninguém tinha feito limpeza alguma, éramos 3 pessoas no quarto e colocavam apenas 2 toalhas… a luz do banheiro estava queimada e levou 3 dias para trocar a lâmpada… tínhamos que pedir papel higiênico pois não reabasteciam… enfim, não foi legal esta estadia.

A estadia foi boa. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza. Teve dia do quarto não ser varrido e o lixo retirado. A limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar. Isso aconteceu com os quartos dos meus familiares também. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários educados.

Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã é bom, quarto confortável. No entanto, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Estavamos em um grupo grande. Em um dos quartos pessoas do grupo encontraram baratas. No quarto em que eu estava, solicitei limpeza após voltar da praia mas, ao chegar a noite, vi que só tinham trocado a roupa de cama e as toalhas...o banheiro permaneceu cheio de areia.

Decepcionado com a condições de entrega do quarto, liberaram o quarto com o piso ainda molhado e o box do banheiro não estava tão limpo na parte interna. O friogbar, de praxe, estava desligado, mas começou a vazar água do descongelamento do frezer e para fechar com chave de ouro uma baratinha apareceu no fim da noite, passeando pelo quarto. Deixou a desejar, pois o hotel parece ser parte de uma rede muito boa e estruturada.

Silencioso e bastante agradável

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas foi bastante agradável. Ambiente silencioso, limpo, atendentes solícitos. Quarto de bom tamanho, mesa com cadeira, cama confortável e banheiro completo e funcional com secador e amenidades além de exaustor. Ótima localização. Bom estacionamento, mas pago à parte. Café da manhã incluso e bem farto. Lobby aconchegante com vários sofás, mesas, cadeiras e livros disponíveis além de uma música ambiente agradável. Próximo da praia e do mercado de artesanato.

Experiência ruim no hotel

Não tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel. Quando chegamos o ralo da pia estava entupido, relevamos, porém ao voltarmos ao hotel encontramos uma baratinha. Tiveram muita boa vontade em nós trocar de quarto, mas nos colocaram num quarto menor e uma das tomadas perto da cama não funcionava. O café da manhã era muito bom, só podiam informar melhor que tinha tapioca feita na hora, só descobrimos no penúltimo dia. Num geral damos nota 6 pra eles. Mas não voltaríamos de novo.

Recomendado

Atendimento excelente, localização ótima, a vista do terraço é um espetáculo. Restaurante, farmácias, a praia, em resumo tudo que precisei tinha próximo do hotel. O único ponto negativo é o tamanho do quarto que é bem pequeno, tanto o dormitório quanto o banheiro. Mas particularmente não me incomodou pois o resto compensou e muito. Em resumo, recomendo o hotel.
