Spartan Hotel

This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. There was only one chair for two persons. The king sized bed was comfortable and room service was excellent. WiFi was adequate but received text messages at the airport when unable to receive them at the hotel. One negative is that we could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. For a modern hotel, this was surprising in that thicker walls or sound reducing materials were not used to block the noise. Location of the hotel was convenient for walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood.

Foi com minha noiva e achamos n amédia, estávamos confortáveis, porem o ambiente era pequeno e mesmo com uma pegada mais rústica, estava rustica até demais. Tinham rachaduras em algumas paredes do nosso quarto, e algumas sujeiras provenientes de obra. A equipe foi bem solicita, porem algumas vezes no café da manhã, algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. A arrumação foi otima, a camareira muito gentil e prestativa, assim como na recepção. Não usamos a pscina, é pequena, então nao achamos necessario. Gostamos do ambiente, é otimo para curtas estadias, mas longas estádias eu não recomendo (longa: mais de uma semana)
O ambiente é legal, mas parece um empresarial no começo. O modelo deles de não possuir produtos do frigobar e disponibilizar-los para compra é muito bom. No geral é bom para solteiros e casais de curta estadia.

Fui com meu filho que corre de kart no kartódromo de João Pessoa às vezes. Moro em Natal, costumo ir e voltar no mesmo dia, mas quando ele tem treinos ou corridas por dois ou três dias seguidos, fico hospedada na cidade com ele. O hotel é fofo, novinho, já fiquei mais de uma vez.

O hotel é bem mediano. Café da manhã bem simples, com poucas variedades e aparentemente tinham coisas do dia anterior. Não tinha pão de queijo e no fim de semana não tinha tapioca e nem omelete. O quarto é bem pequeno e esse layout de banheiro acaba molhando o quarto também. Por ser em uma cidade praiana, senti falta de lava pés (não tinha onde se limpar de areia a não ser no próprio banheiro) e a piscina não tinha ducha. O recepcionista que nos recebeu estava com uma má vontade tamanha em nos atender, ficamos até constrangidos. Conforme já sabíamos, o Hotel fica a 2/3 quarteirões da Praia de Manaira. Achei bem tranquilo a locomoção pra essa praia, embora ela não seja das melhores. Estávamos de carro alugado e para usar o estacionamento do hotel, paga-se uma taxa. Achei tranquilo estacionar na rua.

Ficamos 2 duas diárias. O café da Manhã é muito bom, porém a equipe precisa ser melhor treinada, tipo ao pedir um ovo frito demorou. No domingo, boa parte da equipe estava de folga, por conta disso, não estavam fazendo nenhum pedido de hóspedes, tipo: tapioca, ovo frito e etc. , o que não tinha disponível no buffet. Razoável! O quarto é bom, chuveiro bom tbm, porém o café deixou a desejar. O rapaz novinho era super atencioso, educado, mas a moça da cozinha mal educada. A comida acabava rápido e não tinha variedade. Poucos opções das coisas. Nao fazem tapioca, não fazem omelete, coisas básicas que todo hotel faz. Não recomendo o hotel somente pelo café, realmente não é bom.

Sempre que venho a JP eu fico nesse hotel só que dessa vez não gostei muito porque quando cheguei me colocaram no quarto que não tava limpo ou seja do jeito que o hóspede saiu ficou( mais resolveram) , o café da manhã caiu muito , o hóspede é que tem que avisar que acabou pra repor não tem quem veja isso as mesas não tem que recolha o prato que o hóspede deixa quando termina o café acho que tem que colocar mais funcionário para trabalhar pelo menos nós feriados. Sempre elogiei esse hotel mais dessa vez não foi legal
