Tudo de acordo com o esperado. Falta apenas aquela boa prática de manutenção. A luz da cabeceira está com a insta solta, a vazão da torneira da cozinha é sofrível, o black-out da cortina é inadequado. As instalações são boas e o ambiente é bom.
