This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Hotel bom mas precisa melhorar o serviço
O hotel é muio bem localizado , o quarto é bem confortável, o café da manhã bom Mas o serviço deixa muita a desejar, demoram muito para fazer a limpeza dos quartos por conta disso deixaram de arrumar noso quarto 3 vezes durante nossa estadia de uma semana mesmo quando solicitamos na portaria a urgência da arrumação , provavelmente deve-se ao fato da limpeza ser feita por empresas diferentes acredito que para alguns quartos talvez a limpeza seja mais rápida e eficiente O dia que não limparam o quarto pedimos toalha e demoraram muito p providenciar , ficamos esperando muito para poder tomar banho os lençóis não possuem elástico e saem da cama durante a noite , o serviço é a manutenção precisa melhorar muito

A PIOR EXPERIENCIA EM JOÃO PESSOA.
o cafe da manha pessimo. no primeiro dia tive infecção intestinal. acho que foi por causa do presunto e queijo sem esta refrigerado. os paes duro e sempre a mesma coisa. Péssimo. E foi muito triste por estavamos em LUA DE MEL. e como fiquei doente nao consegui sair do quarto.
